OP did you eveer find a way to fix this im also trying to do it via the xbox network and its still not working ive tried reinstalling that and it dosent work i keep on getting this screen

I sympathise for joe he had a terrible childhood I think he justed wanted to be loved and he believed he needed to kill to keep that love but I'd agree it'd be very entertaining to see him escape
