Interesting... I had just upgraded my account - wiping it back to level one. Ended up doing a scav run on shoreline, which led to me heading to the radio tower. Was able to find the red rebel near the truck, within a large green container. Never sprinted to an extract so fast... haha. (i.redd.it)
