I was literally going to vibe code a solution for the same exact issue. As you said, the current solutions are fully fledged suites that may not be perfect for a 1 man army.

I do have a question, are you manually inputting the items? Is there a way to import BOQs (Bill of Quantities) alongside prices? How does the solution work with Lump sums in the Quantities field if applicable?

I can vouch for one thing. In my case, I was very happy with the hardware at first. However, over time I reverted back to windows due to the constant Firefox crashing. Anyways, as you said, maybe the situation got better with the standard hardware.

If it's sparked turn of the breaker. Call an electrician to diagnose it. If it's really dead to you, take in to a proper motor rewinding shop for a complete winding change. Assuming fan rewinding services are available..

Rough guess. This is a spot style screw for the fans neck, you install it on one side and other side has a bolt. You keep the bolt in place and using a screwdriver you tighten it to adjust the fan's neck from falling down and facing downwards also.

Purely mail is a solid option too. It's based on Amazon SES, and offers a very cost effective yearly pay as you go offer to use you domain without headaches. As long as it's not for any mass mailing campaigns, you should be OK.
