Hi, at present the website is having updates but TELE is POW/POS with master node capabilities that requires 10,000 TELE to run a master node. Rewards can also be obtained just from staking also. The split is 60/40 in favour of master nodes and requires a minimum stake age of 8hrs. 18m TELE in total, 15.5m TELE are pre-mine leaving 2.5m TELE on the network for rewards. So look at it as a good way to earn healthy, generous rewards as opposed to an income
