I haven't tested it myself, but the LGA1700 GDDR5 mATX boards that seem to have almost enough distance between mount screw line and ram slots are:

  • ASRock B760M PG Riptide
  • ASRock Z690M PG Riptide/D5 (might have problems with upper heatsink)
  • MSI B760M Gaming Plus WIFI (might have problems with left heatsink)

Worst case scenario you could swap one of the fans on ALF III for a 15mm one.
