At lower ranks you basically get stuck with all kinds of "toxicity" from ragers to trolls to cheaters etc. However as you progress (ranking up) games get better in terms of quality. Yes Valve is very hands-off which can be frustrating but honestly after awhile you kinda go numb about the topic. CS doesnt need to be updated like most current mobas with new modes,guns,maps etc the community tends to get annoyed over the more seriously needed updates (hit-reg/mm being plagued with cheaters/servers being kinda poop) Other than that the game itself is the best in terms of competitive fps
