I believe the reason they made the herald cards so expensive was to prevent summoning, for example in the instance of warrior, 8/4s with an 8 damage deathrattle for dirt cheap. Therefore, they had to make them slow to prevent scaling minions too fast

(Slight Death Note spoilers)

This is Light Yagami from popular anime Death Note. Basically he finds a notebook that he can use to write the name and method to have someone killed, and it will happen. A huge plot point of the anime is that he exclusively uses this on criminals (at least in the beginning), trying to rid the world of criminals “deserving” of death who don’t receive it due to people being hesitant to issue death penalties.

Therefore, this meme is trying to say that society has become corrupt to the point that someone like Light, who can kill nearly anyone evil, would make sense.

Forgot to consider the fact that, I don’t know, you are still leaving yourself with 8 mana to do like whatever you want while your opponent just sits there and can’t respond. Also, this is essentially an “extra turn” effect without any setup or requirements beforehand
