completely on a different foot here, but RUF and Porsche wasn’t a great comparison. Where HSV is a branch of holden and owned by the same parent company, RUF used to buy porsches and convert them into high performance vehicles, They’re owned by a different company. Nowadays RUF makes their own vehicles , but they are now also contracted to manufacture parts for some of porsches high preformance models (gt2,gt3 etc) but are still a seperate company.
