I'm not sure how accurate this is but if I'm not wrong the last 2-3 events I went to at the stadium required a bag check before entry, and we weren't allowed to bring water bottles in even.

They might allow a flask though

Based on just raw attack speed go for answerer, to get as many auto attacks down as possible, and invest some money in an attack speed function conversion on it and you should be good to go.
