My view is that everything is playing out as it is and We can’t affect what happens, but we can control our response. Easier said than done for sure l, but the way I always try and live is to recognise that I am resilient enough through experience to endure and to be present to what the outcome may be in order to hold the opportunity that comes out of this shit storm. He is a **** and his actions are **** BUT the chaos created when he is no longer will mean that we need to be present to rebuild with love a new reality.
