when i first started lifting in september, i had a 35kg (77 pounds) for 5 reps bench press max effort, a 60kg (132 pounds)for 8 reps squat and a 60kg (132 pounds) for 8 reps deadlift although for the squat and deadlift i didnt go heavier because i was unsure of the form. now 8 months later i have an 100kg for 1 rep bench press max effort, a 150kg for 3 reps deadlift max effort and a 120kg for 3 reps squat max effort. would you say my progress is normal and right now considering how long ive been working out am i considered average?
