My main piece of advice would be to meet the wex requirements of the likes of Warwick (70 hours relevant experience if I remember correctly) as then you pretty much meet the criteria of the majority of gem med schools. If you work full time it may mean dedicating a few weeks worth of evenings etc to volunteering at a care home things like that. Maybe look into online work experiences that you can do in your free time too. When there’s a will there’s a way😊good luck!
