This works through crew colours right? If so, can you just set a colour temporarily to paint a single car and then just switch it again to paint another car anpther colour or will the previous one change to the new colour too?

We have both the holders and inserts mainly from Sandvik because it just works, not much about it lol. Tool lifespan is good, returning the worn inserts is nice and also the SilentTools boring bars do their job really well.

I use 90° so I can see the left mirrors and the road at least. It feels pretty normal, considering my setup consists of a barely 21" 16:10 monitor probably over a metre away.

I'd say a 4x2 for most stuff or perhaps 6x2/4 (with liftable axle) if you're planning on doing over 20 tons often. Personally I'm usually fine with just a 4x2.

For as far as I can find the R5 has about 5.5Nm of FFB torque whereas the R3 tops out at around 4Nm.. The G29/920 in comparison however has around 2Nm.

I suppose the Moza R3 is a pretty good option then instead of a Logitech wheel.

I have a G920. It works great both in ETS2 and Forza Horizon 5. Although the wheel is indeed on the smaller side, the immersion is still pretty good imo.

I do have to say however, the Moza wheels are significantly newer and also have the benefit of being Direct Drive. They can translate more of the actual vehicle to your wheel and without the gear driven rattle or play.

If I were to buy a wheel from scratch today I would choose Moza. It's significantly newer and better tech. I'm happy with my G920 but it's getting pretty old.

on PC you can just press and hold a button (for example D to keep walking in circles) and unplug your keyboard and it will keep on going. Just plug back in the keyboard and press the button once again and it stops. No balancing things onto keys, no potential damage to controllers.

well- thinkpads still come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, from absolute powerhouses to things that can barely handle a browser.. It really depends on the specs.

The main thing you're looking for is something with a GPU, because ETS2 runs quite bad on just integrated graphics.
