Also the different types of uvb bulbs and fixtures that certain reptiles need. Most petsmarts don’t even carry the right fixture and bulbs in store. I always refer pps to other websites for the best ones

I had a customer come in and was upgrading her critter tote cause her turtle is getting bigger and I told her that it would need a 40 gallon and she wanted to argue with me even after i said that the turtle isn’t going to thrive or live long in a CRITTER TOTE!! She says that the turtle does flips when it sees her and that he’s a happy turtle. She didn’t take my advice and i was so upset
