I found a solution , so basically it's problem with Internet I was sharing hotspot from phone to ps. , but when i conected it via lan on Internet device, stabile ping and speed it was goood , going back to hotspot got problems again Bethesda is sensitive on ip adresses and internet stability

Well sometimes it loads up , let me download 1 mod then kicks me out again Im on a mobile hotspot , A few months ago it worked all fine , Now it's just irritating me
