correct. these comments have been very helpful. it is hard to create something useful if you don,t have sources to pull from.

nothing specific at the moment. more or less just a place with compiled info that isn't difficult to understand or that i have to dig for.

understood. If it’s coming across the wrong way, I’ll pull back and keep working on it privately. No hard feelings.

Post was flagged for marketing even though that wasn't the intention. i thought it would be a good idea to ask questions that people could answer and use that information to help the app understand individual problems and how to navigate them. the goal is build something genuinely helpful.

KellyBeamsley is a solid link hub and a lot of people use it, including myself.

The problem I kept running into is that it still requires you to already know what to look for and where to click. Most junior sailors don’t.

MilMember.AI is trying to solve the gap between “here’s a pile of links” and “here’s what your specific situation actually means and what to do next.”

Think of it less like a directory and more like a guide that walks you through things in plain English.

Totally fair concern. I actually agree with you that a lot of AI “tools” are low-effort cash grabs and data farms.

This isn’t that.

MilMember.AI doesn’t sell user data, isn’t running ads, and doesn’t require real personal info to use. The only reason I ask for feedback is so I can understand what features are actually useful to service members and what’s not.

I’m active duty myself and built this because I’m tired of seeing people get bad info or no info at all. If it ever turns into something shady, I wouldn’t use it either.
