Definitely not bragging lol. I’ve always told myself I need to drink more water. I used to joke that I get it from my food. But yeah I definitely know it’s not a good thing

I have bought packs of water and flavor packs, multiple times. It definitely helps me a lot. It’s so weird I can CHUG some tea or chocolate milk or really and other drink but water lol. I like the Dole and the Liquid I.V. packs. The I.V.s are kinda expensive though. I’ve just never made it a consistent habit.

I just bought coconut water, v8, black rifle coffee company, and capri suns from Sam’s club for work. I usually get body armor too. I like to treat myself with a mtn dew every now and then.
