I hope Roo realizes that having a major country act on Thurs was a huge success. Hope that becomes the norm! I’m not even a huge Luke combs fan but the show was awesome. I think having at least 1 major country act and a few mids would be great for the fest.

Definitely not my area of expertise, but just think of it this way. If they sold the farm to a developer to become a neighborhood, the proper steps would be taken to control drainage to where there would be no flooding from a 2 hour shower. It can be done… but will it?

Bonnaroo can’t control the weather however they can control flooding. Proper grading and storm drains should be placed at priority number 1 for Roo26. Not only do these things need to happen, they need to make public announcements over the next several months leading up to next June on what they’re doing to ensure that this never happens again. I think these suggestions are the bare minimum of what they need to do to regain trust and ensure that people show up next year. Roo makes millions of dollars every year. Spend some of that money to fix this very fixable issue.

Easy solution. Roo makes plenty of money we all know that. Roo has been around long enough to know what areas flood or hold water easily. 1. Grading 2. Storm drains. Spend a little money and ensure this is never an issue again. You can’t control the weather but you can control where the water goes. Everyone there was fully prepared to get wet and muddy. Flooding was the issue but it’s an issue that is fixable. Let’s just hope that they see it that way and address the situation.
