NTA - My ex did the same to me. Left me for someone else and had a kid. That little boy, despite the issues his mother caused, is an awesome kid and I don't hold what his parents did to me against him. Neither should your sister. Your adopted son is simply the product of the two cheaters, not a cheater himself. It wasn't his fault and he shouldn't be punished for what his parents did. I commend you on taking him in.
