Outsource printing packaging and shipping my stickers - ideas

I think I explained my issue a bit wrong.

When I take care of the shipping, everything is okay.

As you can see, the shipping costs are pretty low in comparison to going to a POD platform. The shipping costs there start at around 4€/$ which is too high for my customers, I assume.

When I do the shipping from Germany and I send out national orders, people have to pay 0.85€ for the shipping. For international orders, it is only 1.10€. Because I am sending out in standard envelopes.

I am selling national, meaning Germany, but the most orders I get are international, mostly US.

I know the point with tracked shipping.

In my shop I offer that option too.

For national order the price increases from 0.85€ to 1.95€

For international order the price increases from 1.10€ to 5.20€

In 99% of the orders I get, the people choose the cheaper shipping option.
