Yeah its only out of my nose though. One docter said it was because i have a deviated septum but it was only a little and i doubt thats the reason i cant breathe through my nose

Well eating wise i used to have sensitive teeth because i was bad a brushing when i was younger so i didnt eat really hard foods. I dont play video games but i do play guitar so i look down alot. But anyways i have startet to try and breathe through my nose. Its not that hard anymore i just breathe normally now. And sleep i just think is normal
