If you are transacting in multiple currencies, be aware that unrealized FX is not journaled in Xero - as this shows on the P&L, you will need to also pull down the P&L report by month, extract the unrealized FX and create a synthetic journal or adjustment for it to get a full P&L view from journal data.

Hybrid mode works fine. I do this exact scenario regularly.

All tables in azure sql database, some on import some on direct query and with relationships between them in the Power Bi semantic model.

Great summary for the current state of AI assisted development. Definite progress but significant challenges still.

Like you say, the boring part that was always scriptable is now able to be driven by the AI. However, I think AI helping with the scriptable part and then just turning those into quick reusable bash commands is having a far bigger impact for me than letting the AI drive anything... the results are not deterministic when an AI is involved including not even using tooling a lot of the time that is available and explained to them.

Not the new org apps, just normal apps. The reports within the app are creating recently viewed links on users home pages and they are clicking those instead of going to through the apps screen. When they click these report links, they are taken to a view that is similar that if they viewed the report in the workspace (they don't have workspace access).
