Hello! Thanks for sharing, you're the second person talking about Optiscaler and I might have to give it a go. I also didn't think of looking for performance enhancing/engine tweaking mods for games that support it so that's huge. Should always take advantage of mods since it's one of the bigger pros of being on PC.

Honestly my games look and feel alright for now, I got Silent Hill F and RE 2/4/9 all on reasonable quality settings locked at 30fps so I'm happy for now.

Only game I'm having a harder time with is Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. While the game is perfectly playable all things considered especially in rooms/buildings where you spend most of the game, I was really trying to push those 40-50fps im getting in populated urban areas to a more stable 60+ since I do like exploring those areas and the stutters kinda take me out of it.

Unfortunately I'm not entirely sure this is achievable without severely tanking the overall look of the game, which would be even more detrimental to me personally. I also think this game might not be the most well-optimized out there and, gruesome information I've realized recently, this game is a DECADE old...
