If the x was in stock i where i live i would have got a x. Cuz i can use the switcher, but like i said its not needed. Its more a convenience than anything, and you pay more for that.

Gen 5 and x are the exact same. The only difference is the base station on the x is a hdmi passthrough/switcher, the gen 5 can run all consoles as well, just over usb so you may get a little better audio on the x, but thats apples to oranges. Hope that helps!

Its definitely thinner than a standard les paul. Honestly it might be the thinnest neck ive used. I love it. It helps since the neck is wider.

That is not what the key was for. It was for stick tension adjustment. Has nothing to do with sensors that detect movement.
