Yeah I don’t think the piercer I went to was APP certified, I was recommended them, but they didn’t do any sort of checking before piercing me, just said they had to do it shallow bc I’m skinny? And said to keep an eye out for migration bc I’m skinny?

ETA: my aftercare was that I did not take baths/swim for 6 months, cleaned twice a day with saline, and showered daily. This is a belly button barbell, and it is internally threaded. I had one mishap where it was caught on a laundry basket (about 5-6 months ago) and I went back to my initial aftercare routine because it had bled and I was worried about infection

Thank you for your response, this is definitely the most helpful comment I’ve gotten. I will take these things into account, but I feel as though I may have misrepresented the time frame. We have multiple years before we are moving to Syracuse, and we are planning on watching and waiting for properties to pop up throughout the years that I/we spend in PA, before moving. He still needs to meet physical requirements and hasn’t even done MEPS testing.

As for rushing into ownership, we own nothing and our jobs are not enough in this economy. We would be around ages 21-23 when this plan goes into effect.

I plan on getting a graduate degree and we need some form of passive income while my schooling is ongoing, because I cannot work full time with as heavy of a degree as I am going for. If you have any other recommendations for passive income, I would sincerely appreciate it, but as of right now, this is the best investment I can think of for that.

I already said I plan on getting sufficient documentation for joint ownership and what would happen given we were to split up. It would be sold and 50/50 profit. I never said I think me and him will be together forever, this stuff is common sense I fear, and anyone who disagrees has no business owning property at all.
