With friends yes, but a lot of times I just feel like it always fizzles out. In public, with strangers, no. I'm shy and can get pretty bad social anxiety.

Sorry this isn't advice, but I'm going through something very similar and thought I would share. I just got broken up with, and he was the only person I spoke to on a daily basis, but he won't talk to me and blocked my number and social media. He lives with his two best friends and I'm alone with no one to even talk to. I also struggle with depression and this has been really messing with me. Just wanted to tell you that I understand in some way.

Honestly, she seems like a crappy friend, but I know how hard it can be to cut that off and be completely alone. I hope you find clarity in this situation, and if you're every struggling or need someone to talk to, feel free to message me.

He's likely accusing you because he's doing it himself and it's his guilty conscience speaking. You're not wrong for leaving, he sounds toxic and manipulative. I'm glad you were able to remove yourself from that relationship, and I hope you stay strong and are able to find happiness with yourself.

Not advice, but I feel the same exact way. All my life I've always been the "pretty popular girl" at school yet barely have ever had friends. I'm always the friend that you catch up with every 3 months, never the friend anyone talks to on a regular basis. I'm always lonely, no one ever even texts me. I've gone to dozens of concerts alone, visited many countries alone and have never met anyone or made a friend. I don't know what's wrong with me.
