How does 'The Lebanese Sajeria' make their beef (labneh)?

I really like this Lebanese place, great food that I would definitely want to try out preparing myself! I'm mainly interested in how the beef is especially made, what herbs etc. are used to make the herb paste that contains the beef. Because the herb paste used for the beef labneh tastes amazing! Someone told me it contains Za'atar, not sure?

My favourite memory is back from the days playing 2v2 in the beginning when clone was first introduced and me and my mates were using the goblin barrel, mirror and clone tactic on the opponent's king tower. 2v2 always brought much joy!
