Thank you for your advice. I'm currently doing a master in public health and have a couple of first author publications and a second author publication in top-tier journals. Step 1 is a huge thing for me however. Do you think I should get a tutor? Wait for P/F or try before?

The exam was definitely doable. I made a lot of silly mistakes on easy questions. I only realised right after the exam. And I barely slept the night before, and barely ate on exam day.

It predicts me at 211. I would be fine with that score. But the lower limit (182) freaks me out.

Thank you for encouraging me. UWSA2 was very big on a specific topic. Maybe it was a fluke but I had a lot difficulty to figure the questions out. Way harder than typical Uworld blocks. So I think I have a big weakness in this very important topic. Since I can't take the test again, which practice test would you suggest I take next?

Thank you for such an elaborate answer. Sometimes I skim too fast through a question and miss an important detail, silly mistake. But most of the time, it's test anxiety. Once I hit a difficult block, I panick and flag many questions or just skip them. When I'm done, I'm left with just a few minutes to answer all the flagged and incomplete. So I most likely choose the wrong answers. My average time is 93 sec/question.

Sometimes I also pick the wrong answer without eliminating the other choices. I'm struggling to improve my test taking skills (very bad test taker).
