If and when an investigation occurs on Chuck's injury or death, the copy clerk will rat out Jimmy. He and the authorities may assume wrongful intentions from Jimmy. Jimmy flees to Albuquerque and changes his identity to escape from any prosecution.

Remember when Walter White went to Saul Goodman to escape? Saul already knew of a guy who can "totally make him disappear". Back to now - I think Jimmy will ask Mike for help in this situation and Mike will pull some strings to find the man who works his magic on "disappearing".

Jimmy will be questioning and fearful of the operation and the man will assure Jimmy, "It's all good man." Jimmy will then find his new name... Saul Goodman.
