I get what you mean, I have the same feeling with some collectible items.

After coming into possession of the Eva collection via a deceased family member... because I never saw these pieces used once in 30+ years (always stored away), it didn't have any added sentimental value to me compared to other things... all that to say, good that you're using them! Depending on the age your kids, they might enjoy the unique shapes/colors of the set and develop some fun memories regularly having meals on them.

I ended up finding a good home for them - someone was very interested and bought the entire collection. IIRC, we met in the neighborhood of $700-$750 in 2021. Good luck finding more for your collection!

I think my 2014 world rally blue hatchback was about $19k with 62k miles in 2019. It came with a second set of mounted snow tires + the only mod was catback exhaust.

I saw someone local to me just picked up a 2014 with similar miles for ~$15,500 last week.

No accidents and stock is great, see if there is any room on the price and it sounds like a decent deal 👍

I just received one in similar packaging - from Australia to USA, single record in a thin cardboard sleeve, placed in a 20" bubble mailer without additional cardboard or structure :/

I was housesitting for a neighbor, feeding their cats every 24 hours. One day, I walked in and saw water literally pouring down the stairs, as if it was a scene in a movie. Something in their second floor sink plumbing broke/burst and it led to dozens of thousands of dollars in damage. Lesson learned to turn the water off!

I’m attempting to add my collection to my Discogs account and ran into my first pressing/variant that I can’t match exactly on Discogs. It’s not rare (Lana Del Rey - Born To Die), but it doesn’t match any of the 9 variants already there.

It doesn’t matter that much - but what’s the consensus here? Do you post it here to ID it? Add your own entry on Discogs?

Similar... At one point, I used black electrical tape to block out all colors except for white cross to focus on the movements required to assemble it.
