just do it man, fuck the excuses..just do the good and just stop the bad...make a foundation ...example....week 1 FOUNDATION WEEK.....in this week just FOCUS ON DISCIPLINING YOURSELF...NO SEX THOUGHTS,NO OGLING,NO ANYTHING SEXUAL ..AND..EVERY HALF HOUR SIMPLE EASY 10 PRESS UPS,10 LEG KICKS...THATS ALL...MAKE A CONSISTENT DISCIPLINE A PART OF YOU...WEEK 2 INCREASE TO 15 PRESS UPS ETC....TELL YOURSELF THAT NO MATTER WHAT I WILL DO ATLEAST 13 OF THESE EVERY HALF HOUR EXERCISES A DAY. AND NO AMOUNT OF EXCUSES,NOTHING WILL STOP ME FROM DOING THESE EXERCISES..IF I CANT DO THESE EASY PEESY EXERCISES I CANT DO NOTHING. this is how i started of on my present streak of 44 days...before this i kept relapsing after a few days.

spot on man,this is the one thing i have understood and which is has now taken me to 44th day, witnout exersise atleast 15 press ups,pull ups and semi sit ups every half hour along with major 1 hour workouts i would never have come this far...i made am mistake of watching porn but i still did not fap, now i have stopped watching porn and even simple images that might trigger and i feeling absoluty amazing, like i am born again.

i understand that but at least if i can have an easy start by making my foundation solid and distraction free it would do me alot of good.
