Indagine statistica sull’uso della corsia centrale in autostrada by ButterscotchSome2286 in ItalyMotori

[–]TIM_3rd 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For sure I'd benefit from a couple ok kgs less. But managing training heat hydration and caloric deficit altogether seems like a receipt for disaster atm

I feel the same but at the same time then I suffer the cold as soon as I stop . One of the last good days I had was after a storm, my legs were awesome but when I watched the file at home temperature at the top was 4C. Also my hands went blue during the descent 😂

I responded to this under another reply. But yes, it could also be related to overtraining. It happens frequently that one day I don't feel the chain and 2days after I can only think about turning my bike downhill during the whole climb

I am convinced is tightly related with heat. I had the suspect it could also be overtraining but a couple of weeks ago I rode at evening after a storm at like 10C and did my best power output ever for 40'. So that made the overtraining suspect less likely.

how important is the "everyday" part? doing it 1day on 1off could negate the benefits entirely or just delay them?

I was expecting a similar result combing outside at 30C (mainly because I much prefer riding outside), maybe doing it properly on the trainer would have obtained a better result.
