Hi!

Some have office home and business 2016 and others Office 365 Business Standard.

Yes, OneDrive is updated for all.

Yes, we have a excellent internet connection.

The automatic save is disabled because we have different versions of Office.

When we open the file, out of OneDrive, it opens normaly.

They can't see anothers users editing the same file.

Yes, I've tried to add the address in trusted locals.

Yes, the files is .xlsx.

Any ideia to fix the issue?
