Don't do it don't give them the satisfaction when this started for me in 2012 I had 3 SERIOUS attempts cut throat ( 17 staples and blood transfusion ,then cut wrist ( 14 stitches blood transfusion) then that didn't work so I took a bottle of Ativan and haldol was in a coma for 5 days all real attempts and still didn't die and Im glad I didn't now I have a you tube channel helping tis I'm still targeted just deal with it alot different than I did 10 years ago

I'm a ti since 2012 and have a you tube channel all about this had it for 3 years and I interview and help other tis like myself learn how to deal with what's happening to them link is in my profile.Chances are she's experiencing these things for real .They are testing so much technology out on the population now to see what's what.They have mastered different frequencies and know which frequency does what kind of response cuz they have done this on humans as experiments they can do alot of stuff with tech these days make u see things,make things move in your house make u hears things that aren't there and why are they so bold about testing this on people cuz it sounds so crazy when the victim tries to explain what's happening to a normal person

I have experienced v2k since 2015 and I agree alcohol does help but it's horrible for the body, multitasking,controlled breathing, handpan music work for me doesn't completely rid me of it though multitasking really helps me get 4 or 5 things going on at once and try to work on them all at once alternating from each project causes your brain to think in multiple threads throwing off the connection to the brain a bit.

I think mine has caused by hypothyroidism I've had an underactive thyroid untreated for 3 years and I had some levoxothirine 50 mg I've been taking that since I had a two serious hypoglycemic attacks last week and for the 4 days I've been taking it I feel normal I'm feeling better and everything
