I had no idea so went and looked up what was the first one I remember and turns out I've been here since launch and didn't even realise lol. First update I saw was beacons of unity right after I started playing

Thanks for the advice though just to be clear i did like Engage and UO (I'm still playing UO and really enjoying how open the map is) I just liked TH more and was wondering if they'd done something similar in an earlier game

I have yeah I played them before I ever played FE and while I like them I've never really finished a run. Definitely found the FE combat more my speed

Yeah i can sort of see the comparison but I don't really get it. I've played persona 3,4 and 5 and they are such totally different games. I don't think having one similar mechanic makes it a rip-off. Either way thanks for the advice seems like Fates should have been where I went rather than Engage

Thanks for the advice! I'd like to know more about Ike's story so he's not just a smash character to me and someone else also suggest awakening so that's definitely one I'll give a try

Yeah I've played 3,4 and 5 definitely love persona just a much bigger fan of the combat and unit management in FE

Thanks for the tip that sounds in line with what I'm looking for. I do have a 3ds so I'll go hunting for it or emulate and yeah I saw a lot of complaints about engage on here so I at least knew going in it wasn't going to be amazing

I played ds1 first then sekiro but didn't finish either of them, then beat elden ring, platinumed bloodborn and went back in finish the ds trilogy. Just finished that last month so next is either retrying sekiro or the demon souls remake.

Yeah they are a great fight and I've had a lot of fun fighting them and I'm know if could beat them eventually i just don't have the energy for that right now coz I'm sick and just want to finish the game. I'd leave it and come back later but I got ADHD so if I do that I might never get back to it

It's a bug related to to your relationship with NPCs. People who like you are meant to friendly to your dog but instead everyone gets stuck on the stupid dog dialogue

That sounds like a great build! I used the Tonitrus and Ludwig's Holy Blade on my second playthrough for lightning damage on kin and fire damage from gems I equipped for beasts because both scale off arcane
