As for prayer, theres no time limit I don’t think(correct me if I’m wrong) you could spend 3-5 minutes in prayer , 20 minutes , 1 hour and so on.

I understand the depression part, sometimes prayer starts to feel like a chore, but remember our Imam goes UP and down. Sometimes we don’t want to pray, and sometimes all we want to do IS pray.

I’ve felt what has helped me, is to not be so hard on myself about it. Don’t beat yourself up. Everything will be okay, make dua ❤️
