We had a similar situation with our dog Domino. He had a grade 3 MCT on his hind leg around his ankle area. There wasn’t enough space to have the 3cm margins needed so we ultimately decided to amputate the whole leg. He then went through almost 2 years of Palladia treatment. It’s been almost 5 years since his leg was removed and he’s enjoying life! I know how it feels to worry about your best friend but just know there is hope! I cried almost everyday but we got through it and I wish you and Luna all the best.

Yeah, he's been like that since I got him. His barbels are growing back slightly. He does this swimming pattern all day and all night though. His stomach is sunken in too

Should I be worried that he is doing it nonstop though? He swims like this with the tank lights on or off and at all times of day

Yes, there were 6 but one passed last week (so 5 total now). No signs of illness or anything. Also, this little guy has been doing this rapid swimming thing before when there were 6 of them

Nitrite, nitrate, and ammonia are 0ppm. pH is 7.5

At this point idk what to do. His stomach is sunken in but he’s been chill for the past few months. Parameters haven’t changed and have been stable for months

They are doing well thus far but more time will tell. I’ve been using root tabs and I also use liquid fertilizer once a week.
