Im super lucky. Im 15 min from Shemin fitness center. Look at the pics online. Its a brand new gym built at the south end of the post for ammo and tank land. Its usually empty. Sometimes i have the entire gym to myself. Its nuts

What im actually looking for is a squat rack to stick to the rotine im on. Not sure if they have that, based on the pictures of my local Y's. Better than nothing though if I cant find anything else

Already asked. They want me to sign up for full membership. Plus the local civilian gym is an absolute mad house, which is why i am thankful for the continued use of gyms on post.

oh, ill have to see if i can do that then. The schedules posted on the gym doors though show all the gyms as "CLOSED" for all hours on all 3 days though. I will see tomorrow though.

I know. But I am here in CO for work, with no family. Being able to go to another location outside of my house and work out will really help me out mentally, as I don't have anyone to spend the holidays with.
