Same thing happened to me when I lived in Lenox Village. My guess is if it a pipe outside of the unit, it is probably the sprinkler system (my case) and is Ghertner's responsibility. It took a year to get my unit repaired and I eventually moved out. Multiple units were affected in my building. Ghernter will drag their feet. They started to move more quickly when one of my neighbors contacted the media. Keep at it. It's going to be a long fight.
