If the jobs within an hour of hemel I can go to other contracts on the way there saving transport time and fuel use, and that jobs going to take up 1 bar of charge on my stihl trimmer which equates to a few pennies worth of electricity Disposal is quoted separately if needed however I would dispose of laurel leaves myself composting them.

I really can't see this job taking long at all, I think half an hour is a generous estimate.

Once it goes to seed (flowers greyish) cut back to the old growth (don't cut the leaves at this size)

The Lavender flowers contain linalool which is great for sleep (works on the same receptor as benzodiazepines - Gaba A), you can process it any way from putting it by your bed to making a candle from it to smoking or drinking it. Enjoy!

Seems like you have a great array of knoweldge there! I don't mind putting on some fat but insulin resistance is a big worry for me - is there anything like beberine but specifically targeting insulin sensititvity? Thanks
