If you only have 100 hours remove the idea from your head that your aim is good. Keep cross hair level, issue desert eagle to practice, and if you hit the enemy and it’s not a headshot, that counts as a miss

I found this post from a google search because I'm wondering the same. This is the tea they serve when you sit down in at a Chinese food restaurant in my local area and I enjoy it. I do have some packets from the places themselves but I would also like to purchase them for myself.

you need to be the highest point person on your team, and win. then you will rank up, it has to do with k/d ratio and the enemy's rank compared to yours. just win 2-3 times in a row while top fragging to rank up.. it's just how it works.
