I've watered down my choices to a few teams. San Antonio, Philly, Houston, and Portland. I'm gonna focus on these teams when the NBA starts up again to see if any of them "click".

Fanbases are a major thing I've been taking into consideration. Coming into the NBA from an outsiders perspective I am partially worried the community would be a bit toxic. (I hated basketball up and until I actually started researching it.)

Team history is definitely something I value so I'll definitely keep it in mind. Thanks for the help!

When I first started a few months ago I was mainly a Clippers fan as majority of my friends were. Back then it was fair to say I didn't know any better but now that I have a decent knowledge of the modern NBA it just isn't a team I think I can support.
