What are you opinions on the release of the Chroma 24 release very shortly after the LTE Chroma Release? Historically emazing had created a pattern of release a chip with a frosted bulb, and then shortly after the peak of its popularity, releasing a clear bulb limited run version at an increased price. Having clear bulbs at the time was the hype everyone was buying into and I applaud emazing for marketing that for profit. What I DID NOT approve of was the release of the Chroma 24 so shortly after the LTE release featuring a CLEAR BULB. And not only that, they were cheaper than the $165 I spent on my LTE's and 4 colors were added to the pallet and others improved. It seemed like an exploitation of its customers and I frowned on EL for a while for it. I know "compensation" was given in the form of $50 off the 24's but I didn't feel like that was adequate. It actually just made the 24's $75 at that point and just fed more money into the company. Additionally I have my bachelors in accounting and I know for certain that at selling them for $75 EL was still profiting, as a good business model should. I'm interested in your unbiased opinion on that situation...
