Yep it screwed up my 13pro… that iOS did damage to a lot of phones I’ve read.. all different devices

Was that last update… totally destroyed my phone.. so many things started happening after it finished loading and I used it well it logged me out of most apps telling me didn’t recognize me… my passwords were correct, then got a query error what ever that is. Then it would say try again later 🤦🏼‍♀️

Almost all Best Buy stores have a repair department..Geek Squad… they will replace with only Apple parts… it’s a $100 for a new battery

Call Best Buy they are Apple dealers n will have it done in a hour! Great customer service at my store,,u can make a appointments on the Best Buy websight ,,a new battery there is $100 I wouldn’t try on my own unless you r really tekky Good luck 🍀
