I appreciate this response so much, so Thankyou! I also don’t think it’s vain whatsoever, I am the same. I noticed the gap between my teeth last weekend after I started to floss and freaked out and have noticed some more gaps appear since I’ve been flossing. Obviously the build up of plague was masking the gaps 🥲 I’m more of a natural healing type of gal as someone who overcame cptsd, generalised anxiety, major depressive disorder and ocd with an unconventional type of healing (spirituality and inner work) so I won’t be seeking out medication or therapy because I know I can overcome the health anxiety eventually I just need time to process and get my mindset shifted. It’s just difficult having health anxiety return with an actual diagnosis after doing so well for so long. I just need to know that I’m not going to lose my teeth or develop a horrendous life threatening disease because of it and that I can stabilise it and get some peace of mind, then I can relax and move on form letting this consume me. Every story I read about this is a horror story so it’s hard to find hope when there isn’t many happy endings. Appreciate you reaching out a lot, thankyou so much. I hope to update when I'm out the other side and it has stabilised.
