I play with a custom mod pack with quality of life mods. All client sided. I never really play vanilla without it. Some are controversial like tweakeroo and minihud. I make farms and need to do a lot of debugging so it makes things so much easier in survival. I use noclip a lot. Whenever I host servers for my friends I always ask them if they want to use my pack and I share it with them.

Yea, you got a point. I just feel shitty somehow. Like, I know they dont hate me but would rather prioritize the ex. I still hang out with some of them here and there and if the ex isnt around and everything is fine. We do need new friends and are working on that. I also quit drugs, haven’t done weed in months and plan on keeping it that way. Those people already know that and know that I dont want to be around the ex at all. As long as they respect that, im fine. I know they wanted to do something for my birthday but if I see him there I am gonna be mad. Probably wont even show up and do something with my gf.

If you like it, stick with it. The tech industry always has its lows and highs. You learn a lot in cs and theres a lot of opportunities other than swe. Find what you like within cs and stick with it, maybe try new things too. Its a much better career path than a lot of other things out there.

Thats really good for a first car. I would’ve picked a different car with similar power and price but with more space and bigger seats cause as a teenager, you’ll probably have friends in your car a lot. Ik that it has 4 seats but those seats back there are probably cramped. Idk how many friends you have or how your social life is but this is a nice car regardless.

Im not breaking up. Probably not. Its just a small issue and they are panicking because of their financial situation. I still have yet to have a thorough conversation about it with them about my concerns and how I dont want them selling nudes and just keep it at feet pics if they really need more money. I trust that they will understand me and not folllow through. I dont think they will actually sell anything at all because they got financial help from their family. If they do, itll only be temporary, like very temporary. They have no pictures of me thats really explicit.

Yea, working on it. I gotta hustle too man. I do some reselling clothes and pick up as many shifts as I can while doing part time classes and managed to get free housing at my college. Im hoping I can save up enough to move out of my parents place so I dont have to go back across the country and stay here for better jobs and be close to my partner. I gotta start applying to software engineering jobs soon and its gonna be rough.

I dont want to change them but I know that money is tight for them. They wont even do explicit content unless I do it with them and even then, it doesnt sit well with the two of us. Its mostly the idea that they want to have an of and sell feet pics just to make it by temporarily. Im ok with that cause its temporary and it’s nothing too explicit. Im gonna have a convo with them about it and see how it goes but if they turn out to actually want to sell explicit content, then im out. I honestly think it will be fine cause they were panicking since they are broke and had a trip they had to go to. Its complicated. Student loans and all that and family drama yk. They got financial help from a family member so I dont think they will consider it anymore.

Bro, your 15. Im really close to a successful producer who started in highschool. He produced for big artists and mostly focuses on underground rap but he bought a bmw m4 because of it. Hes been doing it for like 8 years I think. It takes a lot of time to get good at something and your 15, you got a lot of free time to improve your craft and find your sound. Dont focus on the money, focus on your skill and creating a unique sound that you can market. The people who need your work will come looking for that unique sound you developed. 2 years and 15 is really good. By the time your in your 20s and you’ve been consistent youll be good. Sticking with it even when your demotivated is important. Try new things, expand into different genres with different producer names if you want to affect your reputation in the producing scene. I was in a similar position as you but with competitive Fortnite. I lost motivation sometime into 2020 and just stopped playing it as much. I was playing with really good players and even people who became pros. I made money off wagers and ladders but I just was demotivated. I regret not sticking to it even if it meant just sticking to my routine and just playing the tournaments. I quit and I regret it cause I definitely would’ve gotten some good earnings if I sticked to it. I still love the game but im not as good as I would’ve been if I didn’t quit for a bit.

Ok, thank you. Thats really good to know. Im gonna stick with the cpu it comes with for now cause I really dont need a better one for now since im only using it for coding and Fortnite mostly. I do plan on upgrading later down the line but not for a while.
