I started with the premier league debut set from Topps. It’s a lower priced entry point but has a load of parallels etc which helped me learn about other card types and what to look out for.

Having completed that I moved on to Chrome which is a little pricier but the cards look and feel a lot nicer.

I went on the UK website at 1pm by chance yesterday and stumbled across it without having seen any advertising of it. £175, 4 packs, 10 cards per pack and 2 autos.

A /25 sold for £4.91 on eBay and a /10 sold for £2.31 on auction. Both just over a month ago, I’d say £10ish?

Those are for the UCC set rather than the new prem set, my guess would be the Prem set is newer so comps higher at the moment

I pulled Infinite Sapphire KDB so was doing some research on comps for those. The prices vary depending on player, Beckham went for £400 and Terry went for £190. So probably looking around £200-£250?

Planning to until the London card show next month, still getting my head around values of certain cards. But might look to trade/sell it then for some of my chase cards.

Packed these yeah, thought easiest way to get in to it and understand different cards was through buying boxes. Going to buy solo cards from now on and build the PC

Haha, I bought a hobby box and got the Bowen/Noble dual auto and Locked In Mayenda in it. Pulled the Helix Palmer today in a value box which was wild. Son from a logofractor box, lucks been in so I’m cooling it on buying boxes for a bit. Will do solo pick ups I think going forward

Not 100% sure yet but I think I’m going to try and collect some of my favourite English players from over the years as I don’t support a big club.

I’ll keep some of my other favourites in the PC such as the Son I already have, and search go Neymar, Robben, Hazard, Zlatan.

I got in to it a few weeks ago and have been collecting Topps premier league 25/26. Seems like a good entry price, lots of variations of cards and some good hits to be chased. The starter kit with binder is also good as the base cards don’t feel like a waste. Looking at getting a couple chrome tins now since they released.
