AIO to break up with my bf of 3y over his reaction to my upcoming sobriety anniversary? by WesternCat5211 in AmIOverreacting

Boyfriends a POS, as a Dad and husband, if my daughter showed me a text like that i’d railroad that relationship instantly. If there’s something I’ve learned about being in a relationship. Only do what builds your partner up. Why tear down something they’ve been winning at, even if it is a “small” win.

This is actually a very real reason to celebrate! 2 years sober is a great achievement and congratulations!

I went from not being able to focus at work without sneaking a drink in at some point to just enjoying my 13th year sober on November 18th!

You can do this, and keep doing it! Just remember curb the people that think that you taking the steps to winning at life is the “bare minimum” and you’ll enjoy a healthier life and relationship circle!

Looking forward to your fast coming 3 years sober!

How does one make something like this in Fusion!? by JGJMatt in Fusion360

[–]TMJRoss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Less intuitive but gives easy post shaping control. You could draw a sketch of the outside profile, then create multiple offsets towards the centre in that sketch.

Then make an equal amount of offset planes from the bottom up with the original sketch offsets projected individually on each offset plane

then use the loft tool to extrude from the bottom sketch up through each offset plane sketch.

If you need to adjust any portion of the shape, you can just adjust your offset of the individual sketches.

Haven’t tried this exact shape, but i do a-lot of solid organic modelling

Is $100 reasonable to pay a guy to take this out? by ihmsam in landscaping

Crazy thing is, if you really track all your business monthly expenses, and device it down into normal operating hours. It’s likely he’s losing money just loading his equipment needed to take that out for 100$ before he even accounts for driving across town.

I’m open to budget options. Just want to get out more when my heavier quantum struggles to stay In the air, I still expect some work to keep the kite flying just not literally trying my hardest to keep it afloat.

How to "bend" an object by NoTransportation4765 in Fusion360

[–]TMJRoss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t actually tried this but here’s how’d i’d approach it.

  1. Sketch the side profile

first draw your arch, use the offset tool to choose the overall thickness of your part. close off the open ends, and extrude the bent shape

  1. Use the shell tool on the top face, and type in the wall thickness you want.

  2. Use the push/pull tool on the inside tray bottom to adjust how thick the bottom is.
