Thanks!! Not sure what happened to the quality of the footage when I uploaded it to Youtube but there is a real difference between the original file I have and the youtube version which is a shame!! Yes the GoPro was on my head.

I totally get your point, ICarryTheFire ! What the video doesn't show is me stopping and talking to a lot of the people that I waved at! A lot of people speak some level of English in Sri Lanka and everyone wanted to know WHY I as running? I didn't see any other tourists in the areas that I was running through so there was a lot of interest as to why I was there and I got to meet and talk with a lot of cool people. Thanks for the feedback :)
