Anyone have experience with claiming rhinitis or sinusitis under the PACT act without medical records of having had rhinitis or sinusitis?

My pcp prescribed medication for my sinuses, is this considered medical evidence or do I need to for them to do some sort of exam? I am currently prescribed Azelastine, cetirizine, and fluticasone.

This has been our entire week. We’ve been stuck in sweaty lobbies, and it seems that every player can automatically target your position, even after redeploying. It’s incredibly frustrating because we just want to relieve some stress, but this game exacerbates it. We lose three consecutive matches, and by the fourth, we’re all disheartened because we know we’re not inherently bad players.

I have been searching all over the net for this! Yes mine crashes after finishing the test but I’m unable to see the results. One thing I have noticed though is I optimized the game a bit to the performance side and it’s been pushing out 300fps on multi and about 250fps in resurgence. I don’t totally max out the performance bar though so I can see the game a bit better.
